Online appointments with Genbook

GenBook is an online scheduling application for small businesses like spas, beauty salons, consultants, photographers and any business that manages appointments.

How does it work?

Your customers go to your website and click on a ‘Book Now’ button. They are then directed to your scheduling page at GenBook Online Appointments. The customers select a date, service, and an opening that suits their schedule, enter contact information and confirm the appointment. Once they make an appointment, a confirmation email will be sent to you / your staff and to your customer. A reminder may be sent 24h before the appointment to both provider and customer. There is an option to send feedback or review request to the customer.
